Just been sent some news on Mike Bones by the wonderful Nita Goldstar. I'd never heard of this guy before but he's so new York I fell in love with the sound of his lead of release immediately. The track, What I Have Left, makes me want to get on a plane and get back to NYC circa 1981. His label, The Social Registry, is funky.
